Q: Do You Provide A Written Agreement?
A: Yes, We put it all in writing. Time, date, location, and packages are all fully explained and are included in your entertainment agreement. This guarantees that your DJ will be there.
Q: Are You Insured?
A: We are fully insured. Each DJ carries one million dollars of liability coverage.
Q: Do You Have Backup Equipment and DJ's?
A: All of our DJ's carry back up equipment, just in case something happens. Most of our packages include two man teams, so there will always be someone there in the case of an emergency. There are also DJ's on standby in case something happens.
Q: Is Your Equipment of Professional Quality?
A: We carry all of the latest technology when we perform at your event. We use state of the art compact disc players with shock protection. We also use cordless microphones and headsets of the highest caliber. Our equipment is rugged and road worthy, and all of it is housed in custom DJ booth style setups.
Q: Will You Listen To My Music Suggestions?
A: Definitely! When we send out our information package, the first thing we send you is our request form. We want to find out what you want to hear. We also have a request sheet ready at your affair. We play as many requests as possible. It's your affair.
Q: Will You Dress Appropriately at My Affair?
A: All of our DJ's wear full tuxedos to your affair unless otherwise specified. We dress to impress.
Q: Will You Play The Music At An Appropriate Level?
A: At your affair your music will sound great, but the volume is definitely controllable. We realize that there are varying age groups, and some of them would not appreciate the music at loud levels. We respect that.
Q: Do You Do More Than Just Play Music at the Affair?
A: You bet! All of our DJ's are fully interactive and are trained to make your guests have the time of their life. We get right out on the floor with the people, teach the Electric Slide, and lead other various activities. This is all done without taking the spotlight off of you.
Q: Will You Listen to My Concerns and Input?
A: It's your day (or night). We want your event to go the way you want it to. While we will do our best to make planning as hassle free as possible, we will always have an open ear to your concerns, ideas, and questions.
